Enquiries

360 Estates will handle any enquiries received once the listing has been published. We will also co-ordinate Taxi Services, PCR tests, Car rentals and Boat Tours to offer guests a 5 star service to guests before they arrive in Malta.

Check-ins

We offer a personalised check-in, whereby a 360 Estates agent will welcome guests personally for each stay, irrespective of the time or duration of the stay. During check-in, all relevant information about the apartment will be explained to the guests who will be asked to sign and accept the property rules and noise policy.

Customer Service

The 360 Estates agents will ensure that guests are well looked after during their stay! Every guest will be given a direct phone number for any queries they may have during their stay.

Quality Control

Our representatives regularly undertake quality controls in all properties to monitor their condition and conduct maintenance as and when needed through our own maintenance team. The owner will always be asked for permission before ad works are undertaken.

Maintenance

While owners can opt to conduct their own maintenance, 360 Estates has its own maintenance team which can be used for emergency maintenance such as replacements of geezers, or fast maintenance.

Cleaning & Laundry

Both cleaning and laundry are taken care of by 360 Estates, along with the scheduling, logistics, and quality control to ensure a 5-star rating from guests. The “Cleaning Fee” is an additional charge to the guest and is never deducted from the owners payments.

Profile Creation

New listings will be uploaded to the 360 Estates profile by our agents with photos by a professional photographer commissioned us. The owner will be given access to all the bookings and enquiries to ensure complete transparency.

Accounts & Payments

An automated system ensures that 360 Estates and listing owners receive automatic payments directly to their bank account of their choosing. Payments are made one day after the check-in of a guest and are normally received in the recipients account within 3 working days.

Insurance

All our listings are secure with insurance covering up to of 1 million euros. The insurance policy covers any damages in the apartment, such as damages caused by guests. 360 Estates will handle the filing of any claims as and when required.
